But we'd like to hear from other buyers (past, present and/or future) as to what buying method they consider the best. You may want to update your website because you can buy and sell Dinar at Fifth Third Bank and TD.
Is TD one of the trustworthy sources to purchase Iraq Dinar? Are there any other financial institutions that offer them as well? (We are located in Vermont, so our resources are limited, and usually have to travel over into New York State or Massachusetts to do any major transactions…)
Thanks in advance.
TommyZ – did you ever get an answer to your question regarding TD Bank? – just purchased $2K USD at TD Bank.

I would recommend being very careful when considering purchasing the dinar from 5th 3rd Bank. I trusted them because I had been a customer of the bank. After I bought the dinar, I then compared the exchange rate which they used to sell it to me with the historic actual exchange rates for that day. The 5th 3rd Bank statement regarding my purchase stated that the fees were $0.00. The exchange rate, however, which they used to sell the Iraq Dinar to me differed from the real reported exchange rate by 18.9%. There was no mention of this by the 5th 3rd representatives when they smiled and completed the transaction.
I am shocked and, as a customer, I have learned that I can not assume that they will not utilize hidden fees when dealing with me.
to my understanding is is illegal to have Iraquie currency out of the country! For the US to deal with the currency physically in hand? I do not understand, but that is what I read. If not true let me know, please.
